Based on the national best-selling book by Katherine Woodward Thomas, MA, MFT, the Calling in “The One”™ process takes you week-by-week through a gentle journey where you release old, disempowering beliefs and stories that have prevented you from creating your most healthy, intimate connections. We begin the journey with a process of releasing all that has not been serving you, whether that is a “toxic tie,” or a hidden belief that you will never be able to have the love you truly desire. We work together through very specific steps that lay the foundation for love to flourish, as you begin organizing your life to become magnetic to the love and partnership you desire.

We will begin with a 60 minute introductory session. So that I can get clear on your goals and history, this first session will orientate you to the work. The following 7 sessions run 60 minutes in length and you will integrate what you have been learning in the book. Each week, you will read one chapter from the book and do the exercises and daily practices recommended in the Calling in “The One” book. During that time, we will meet weekly to discuss what is coming up for you and go over specific exercises and practices to support you in more deeply understanding and practicing the work in relationship to your life and experience. At the end of each session, you will be assigned “homework” to keep you engaged in the process during the days we are not meeting. Much of the work is dynamic in nature, and most clients begin experiencing exciting shifts in the first few weeks of the course.
